Roles & Responsibilities:
• The job description for an Odoo technical team lead which we discuss today.
• Technical leadership
Overseeing the technical aspects of Odoo projects, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered
• Design and development
Designing, developing, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions using relevant technologies like Python, Django, and PostgreSQL
• Team management
Leading the Odoo technical and server administration teams, and providing guidance and mentorship to the development team
• Client support
Analyzing customer needs, supporting clients with technical and server issues, and ensuring foolproof performance of deliverables
• Project management
Estimating development efforts, creating quality software, and releasing and deploying applications on the target platform
• Collaboration
Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments, and sending regular project status updates
• Technical skills
Proficiency in Python programming, frontend technologies, and version control systems
• Experience
A minimum of 6 years of experience with Odoo and 4+ years as a lead developer role
• Other skills
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
