The Assignment

We were hired by an Engineering company that had a long history of existing in the heart of the city and wanted to expand as well as enter into a JV with foreign collaborators. The company wanted to move to a bigger premise at a new location. As any engineering company would have, one of the important assets were the various designs and drawings that existed in the form of hard copies as the company had a long history of existence. All these had to be transformed into soft copies especially with the use of AutoCAD. The company set stricter standards with us to ensure the high quality and timelines were met.

Deliverables

We hired 30 computers with the right software and practitioners. After a week of extensive training and induction, we were able to realize improved efficiency with zero mistakes linked to performance pay every month. A supervisor monitored the job regularly to ensure work was carried out in time and without mistakes. Ratification and fine tuning in the quality of work was done on a regular basis by the authorized company personnel.

The project was completed 3 days ahead of the committed due date and the practitioners had hit only 10% of the permissible error parameters. We shared handsome bonuses at the end of the project with all the deputies. The organization also entered into a long-term relationship with us for various other services.

We have today close to 250 Deputies working at Supervisory and above level having qualification of Degree or Diploma working in various disciplines and industries.
